Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Add this gluten free desert to your holiday table this year or any time of year.

Ingredients: 

Filling:
5 Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons organic sugar
2 tablespoons organic brown sugar
1 tablespoon Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Flour

Topping:
1/4 cup Organic, Vegan Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, softened
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free All Purpose Baking Flour
1/3 cup ground walnuts
2 tablespoons organic sugar
1 tablespoons organic brown sugar

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 375.
Combine apples and lemon juice in large bowl and mix. Add spices, sugars and flour and mix until apples are well coated. Pour mixture into 9" by 12" baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in medium bowl and mix with fork until crumbly. Pour over apples and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
